The light color fabric is not my favorite once any light hits it, it is super bright and makes it impossible to sleep. The other is the front zipper. When trying to open or close there is a transition point when zipper cover switches sides and it gets hung up. Then the last is if the lines are not perfectly perpendicular to the tent that side droops. Also the entry mat is not the best but not required to use. All these things are mild annoyances but reasonable.The good things I like are the following:The lights many say they are too bright but honestly they are more to guild you so you know where the door way is and dont trip over the lines. I thought it was a little gimmicky but have grown to like them. It is nice that you can turn them on and off from inside and outside. There are several diffrent modes for them. I spent a few days out where it rained every night and a good amount during the day and nothing got wet. Also had it in a desert an I love the size me being 6 ft 4in it was really nice to be able to stand up. It can easily fit 4 full size cots. The windows are such that you can get decent ventilation. It also has a nice place to run a power cable into the tent that worked really good for a solar pannel to keep batteries charged. I am able to set it up by myself but easiest with at least 2.My only recommendations are to get a tarp because the built in one is not the best and even then I had a few rocks poke through. Also get a blanket or something to protect the floor from cots and put a towl under the center pole to again protect the floor.I honestly love this tent. It is definitely a budget tent for its size. We feel truly blessed and this was an investment in our family bond.If you are on the fence, new, spoil yourself a bit. Make those memories. It’s so much funnier to argue about the snoring and raccoons scuttling about. I’m 6’2” and can fully stand up inside and lay down with feet to spare all around me. On the large size for a 4-6 person tent. Nice tent floor as well. Goes up and down very easy (not a pop up tent) and with not trouble at all.Not 5 stars because the top of the tent is all screen mesh so sand can blow inside under the rain fly on windy sandy days.Description of tent was intentionally not very descriptive of the roof being one big window that can’t be zipped closed.
